研究领域:课题组长期致力于从分子层面揭示微生物的与宿主的相互作用,重点关注蛋白质纳米机器的动态组装、调控与功能实现。我们通过整合液体核磁共振、冷冻电镜及分子动力学模拟等多种结构生物学与生物物理方法,系统研究生命活动中蛋白质-蛋白质、蛋白质-底物/配体之间的相互作用,并阐释这些相互作用在微生物纳米机器组装、宿主-微生物互作、酶催化与改造等过程中的功能基础。相关成果发表于 Nature CommunicationsCommunications BiologyJournal of Hazardous Materials eLife等学术期刊。课题组目前受到国家自然科学基金面上项目与青年项目的资助,并参与两项国家重点研发计划及一项校企合作项目。
